Dentec Automotive Dent Repair is a local independently owned and operated company. Since 2004, Dentec Automotive Dent Repair has been southern Alberta’s go-to choice for quality dent repair services. I take pride in customer satisfation and the highest quality in the repairs performed. Since my name and reputation reflects on every job I do, each repair is treated like a work of art. Unlike larger companies, I do not believe in rushed commission-paid repairs. I am committed to devoting the necessary time to do quality work on your vehicle while still offering fast, convenient, and environmentally friendly service.

What is Paintless Dent Repair?

PDR is the “art” of removing dings and dents from automotive sheet metal. With specially designed rods and years of training, the sheet metal can be carefully massaged from the backside of the panel to it’s original place, without disturbing the factory finish. It is a cost effective process to keeping one of your biggest investments in showroom condition.

About Dentec

A brief history on how I started in the paintless dent repair (PDR) industry business. I have been in the auto repair industry since 1994. Working at a local repair shop for 10 years performing various auto body repairs along with PDR, I was always amazed at the results and knew that this was a business worth pursuing. After receiving advanced training in Pressure Release Process (PRP) in 2004, Dentec Automotive Dent Repair was established. Since then, I have taken additional advanced training to escalate my PDR skills to a higher level. As a result my business has grown and now entails work for auto and motorcycle dealerships, insurance companies, body shops, and retail customers.

I have had work done at Dentec in the past so I went back again. I have a 1964 Ford Falcon convertible that silly me I closed the trunk and it being too full I pushed two dents up through it . It has a real nice paint job with lots of clear coat on it and again Rick was able to fix it like it never happened which saved me a lot of money. My car is dent free again so thank you very much Rick at Dentec.

Rick, I just wanted to send you a note to say thanks again for the great job you did repairing the damage I did to the tailgate of my ford explorer. I know you were a little apprehensive taking on the job because of the extent of the damage and where it was located but it looks fantastic and thanks for fixing the other dents on the driver’s side as well.

The short period of time it took was great and the cost was over 2/3rds less expensive than the price I was quoted at a local collision repair shop and I was very happy that I didn’t have to go through insurance and the hassles of matching paint and waiting to locate a used tailgate and renting a replacement car etc...

I am very happy with the work that Rick at Dentec did for me. I have a 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 that got some bad hail damage, the hood is aluminum and there was lots of dents in it.
